James A. Marino practices law in a small firm setting and serves the greater Chicago Metropolitan area. Conveniently located near O’Hare International Airport in the northwest corridor, our office is 20-30 minutes from the Loop, the north, northwest and western suburbs.

The firm philosophy is to provide quality, innovative and responsive legal and business counsel to add value and serenity to our client’s lives.

Jim Marino was admitted to the Illinois Bar and Northern District of Illinois in 1989. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1989. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from DePaul University Chicago in 1986.

Jim speaks frequently to individual groups on estate and probate issues (wills, trusts, administration), elder law issues, and, also, to business owners on entity structure, tax planning, family succession planning and general business matters.

Jim is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Justinian Society of Lawyers. Jim is also a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and previously was a licensed Illinois Real Estate Instructor.
